Refund Policy

At Thera Pilates Bar, we value your commitment to your health and wellness. We also understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for our services

Class Packages & Sessions

​

  • Single Sessions (Private, Semi-Private, Group): Non-refundable once purchased. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Class Packages (5-pack, 10-pack, etc.): Non-refundable after purchase. Packages are transferable only with prior approval and must be used within the stated expiration period.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full.

Workshops & Special Events

​

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date of a workshop or event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward future workshops, at our discretion.
